Soraia’s Hair extensions are 100% human hair and are considered a hygienic product by law. For the safety of the public and our customers, products cannot be returned or exchanged if they are opened or tampered with.

Purchases made in our store or online can be returned if the following conditions are met:

• Order is within 7 days from the purchase date.
• Item is in its original condition and can be resold.
• Item is unopened or tampered with and in its original packaging.
• Items that are refunded in the form of original payment will be charged a $20 restocking fee.
• Items returned for store credit or exchange will not be charged a restocking fee.
• Customers are responsible for shipping charges to and from Soraia’s Hair unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
• All shipping costs are non-refundable.
• All clearance items are final sale.

If the hair was bought directly from a distributor (your hairdresser) and if needs a return or exchange, please contact the distributor (your hairdresser) for their return/exchange policy.

In the unlikely event you find that your hair extensions are not suitable, you don’t like the hair you choose, etc be aware that we don’t accept returns or exchange for worn hair and our services are not refundable.

Be aware that Soraia’s hair is not responsible for any chemicals (colors, bleach, etc) that you or any person of interest put on the hair you purchase from us.

Soraia’s Hair are 100% human hair, than take good care of it, proper care and hair treatment is very important.

Soraia’s Hair care tips at home to make your hair extensions last longer:

• Never wash or blow-dray your Hair extensions upside down. Go from wet to dry in a flash by blow-drying your hair in a downward motion. Blow-drying upside down is rough on your extensions and trankly, unnecessary.
• The brush is your new best friend. Use your trusty extension brush two to three times a day for smooth, luscious locks.
• Never go to bed with your hair wet. Gently blow-dry your hair or air dry before bedtime.
• Detangle your hair with your extension brush.
• To Avoid Tangling While You Sleep you can make a braid, a low ponytail or use a silk hat to make your hair shine and smooth
• Separate The Bonds Daily.
• Schedule A Weekly Conditioning Treatment at Soraia’s hair salon.
• Minimise Heat Damage, be careful with hot iron, aways use heat protection. If the hair is light blonde avoid hot iron.
